Because it’s unbelievably hot here and just too miserable to cook, I’ve got a lot of cold meals on the schedule for the week.

Baked Rigatoni – I didn’t end up making this last week because it was too damn hot.
Sweet Potato Curry – I just realized I’ve never blogged this despite it being a delicious recipe. Will be doing that.
Tomato and Pesto Pasta
I also made potato salad for a BBQ I went to on Sunday.
