Food For Thought – Pizza Dip

This recipe is adapted from one I found on Closet Cooking.


  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella + 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheese


Mix together cream cheese, yogurt, and 1 cup shredded mozzarella.

In a 9 inch round glass baking dish, spreading cream cheese mixture in the bottom. Layer pizza sauce on top. Top with remaining cheese. Top with toppings of choice. Bake 350F for 20 minutes.

I used pepperoni, 1/2 chopped onions, and 1/2 cup black olives.
